The countdown is on for one of motorcycle trials’ most iconic events, with riders preparing to take on six days of challenging Highland terrain from 3–8 May 2027.

Entries are open for the 2027 Scottish Six Days Trial (SSDT), with riders invited to apply for a place in one of the most prestigious and demanding events on the international motorcycle trials calendar.

Organised by Edinburgh & District Motor Club, the SSDT will return to the Fort William area from Monday 3 May to Saturday 8 May 2027, bringing together leading international and club riders for six days of technical sections, long-distance routes and unpredictable Scottish Highland weather.

Demand for places traditionally exceeds the number available, so riders are encouraged to get their entries in early ready for the ballot.
